These Terms govern SMS text-message programs operated by tax professionals ("tax offices") using the TaxPulse platform to communicate with clients ("Subscribers") who have explicitly opted in. Each tax office operates their own SMS program with their own registered phone number; the specific tax office will be identified in every message.
By opting in, you may receive text messages related to:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the tax office. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your activity and communication preferences.
You opt in by giving your tax office written consent to text you: either on the intake form they send you, which contains a phone number field and a separate SMS consent checkbox, or directly to the office, which records your consent against your client record. The intake form shows the tax office's name, a phone number field, and the full SMS consent disclosure: STOP / HELP keyword instructions, message frequency, "message and data rates may apply", and a link to the SMS Privacy Policy. Consent is required and is recorded with a timestamp; you cannot receive messages until you complete this web form.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future text messages from that tax office. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by replying START. The full opt-out keyword set is: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for assistance. You may also contact the tax office directly using the phone number listed on their public contact page or in any message you have received from them.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details. tax offices do not charge Subscribers for sending or receiving text messages.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and most other major carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
