TaxPulse provides the technology infrastructure that enables tax offices to send appointment reminders, document requests, return status updates, and filing updates to Subscribers who have opted in to receive SMS communication.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with your tax office. You may receive messages related to appointment reminders, document requests, return status, and filing updates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that tax office. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.

We retain your mobile number and opt-in records for as long as you are an active subscriber or as required by law. Upon opting out, your active subscription is terminated, but consent records may be retained for compliance purposes.
