Every paid plan includes every module with no per-user charge. Beyond the plan there is one platform fee per return and a small set of data fees, each billed to the account that incurs it, from that account's own prepaid balance, at the moment of use. This page is produced from the same rate table that bills, so the figure here is the figure charged. It forms part of the Reseller Agreement and the Enterprise Agreement for accounts that accept them.

That is the only charge for preparing or submitting a return. There is no separate fee for preparation, for e-filing, or for a state return.

A text message longer than 160 characters is sent as more than one segment and charged per segment. Calls are charged in whole minutes, rounded up.

Reading a document with the assistant, categorising bank lines, drafting a letter or answering a question are each one or more model calls, charged by the tokens they read and write. The platform shows the charge for each call in the account's balance history.
Leads bought in the marketplace are priced per lead, and the price is shown on each lead before it is bought. That price is paid from the account's marketplace balance at the moment of purchase and is the whole of the charge for that lead.
The plan and licence fees that give an account access to the platform are stated on its order form or invoice and do not change during a Term. Renewal pricing for the same licences will not rise by more than ten percent (10%) over the previous Term. Our aim is not to raise it at all.
TaxPulse may change a data fee on at least thirty (30) days' notice given in the platform and by email to the account's billing contact. A change that passes through an increase from a third-party provider may take effect on shorter notice, limited to the amount of that increase. The platform fee does not change during a Term. An account's prepaid balance is never charged for a service it did not use.
Rates are stated in United States dollars. Fractions of a cent are carried in the account's balance and rounded only on the statement.
